Photo Collage Terms of Use

By downloading or using Photo Collage, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License to Use

Photo Collage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its services.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Photo Collage offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that provide access to premium features including ad-free experience and all collage templates.

Payment & Billing

• Charges: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Photo Collage and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to photos and collages you create using Photo Collage. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You are free to save, share, and use your creations in any way you choose.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photos you upload to the app.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Photo Collage available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Photo Collage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of Photo Collage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
