Image Splitter Terms of Use

By using Image Splitter, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app or subscribing to premium.

1. Overview

Image Splitter is an image splitting application developed by PixelWave LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The app allows you to split images into grids for social media and other creative uses.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Image Splitter offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and yearly) that provide access to premium features including:

• Unlimited image saves
• Ad-free experience
• Faster workflow

Payment & Billing

• Charges: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Image Splitter and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Image Splitter for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Circumvent subscription or access controls
• Use the app to infringe on others' intellectual property

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Image Splitter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
